Crum Cake (Marilyn Stringham, Honey Customer)

Omgosh, Crum Topping! Yummy. Thanks for Sharing with The Hive, Marilyn.




Ingredients


CAKE:


1 1/3 Cups of Flour

1/4 Cup of Vickie's Bees Honey

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Canola Oil

2/3 Cup of Skim Milk

1 Egg White

1 Teaspoon Vanilla


CRUM TOPPING:


1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Flour

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon.

Mix with Fork. Set aside until the Cake mixture is ready and then top and bake.


Directions


1. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. Pour into an 8-inch pan, sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle Crum Topping evenly over the cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes ONLY. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
