Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup White Flour (although Marilyn said you could use Almond Flour instead)
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Tablespoons Cocoa
1/3 Cup of Vickie's Bees Honey (I believe Wildflower, but you could use your favorite as long as it pairs well with Chocolate)
1/4 Cup of Applesauce
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup of Cold Water (although Marily said you could swap out 1 Cup of Coffee)
Directions
1. Mix white flour, baking soda, and sugar. Make a hole in the center.
2. Add applesauce, vinegar, vanilla, and cold water. Mix with a fork until blended.
3. Pour into an 8x8 pan that has been sprayed with PAM.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
